Harrison Boothfrom Leola, was performed during Jazz Night on December 7, 2023, in the WMC Alumni Hall at McDaniel College, Westminster, Maryland. Booth plays the violin and is a senior majoring in environmental studies and writing and publishing.
Dana Wentzof Loyola, and a member of Kutztown University The women’s soccer team has been named to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team, as announced on November 22, 2023. The CSC Academic All-District Teams honor the nation’s best student-athletes for their combined performance on the field and in the classroom. Wentz will advance to the Academic All-America ballot, which will be announced on December 20, 2023 for women’s soccer.
Elliot McMillenof Lancaster, is a recipient of the Fall 2023 Theory to Practice Scholarship from Ohio Wesleyan University, Delaware, Ohio. McMillin will use the funds to complete a project titled “The Association of Writers and Writing Programs 2024 Book Conference and Exhibition” with Amy Butcher, MFA, director of creative writing and associate professor of English, and Aza Pace, Ph.D., visiting assistant professor of English with eight students from Ohio State. Wesleyan. The group will attend the Writers’ Conference – the largest event of its kind in North America – February 7-10, 2024, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Gina Devineyof Millersville, received a partial scholarship to Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York, to pursue performing arts in instrumental music. DeVinney is a first-year student in the Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering program.
Wesley Morganof Lancaster, won a music award in October 2023 at the 30th Annual Concerto/Aria Competition hosted by Grove City College Department of Music and Symphony Orchestra. Sophomore Morgan played Mendelssohn’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in G minor, Op. 25, movement 3. He will perform his selections with the symphony orchestra on 9 February 2024. This annual event attracts the best music students representing a variety of degrees in a competition judged by three independent judges who are experts in the fields. in music performance and education.
Christopher Richardsof Lancaster, earned a spot on the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2023 season as a student-athlete on the men’s soccer team at Muhlenberg College,Allentown.
Student-athlete area in Central Pennsylvania College Excellence in both athletics and academics was recognized. Dylan Long, from Lancaster, was named a USCAA Men’s Soccer First Team All-American. Luong also earned second-team All-Eastern States Athletic Conference honors for men’s soccer. Alison Quinnfrom Lancaster, earned first-team All-Eastern States Athletic Conference honors for women’s soccer.
