ClashTV announces original content development deal with sports entrepreneur and media personality Christina Williams

The first project greenlit will be an expansion of “ClashTV Courtside” to cover the platform’s extension to high school basketball

New York, December 12, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — ClashTV, an interactive digital live streaming platform designed to connect fans with the creators, content and culture they’re most passionate about, today announced a content development deal with female sports entrepreneur, founder and media personality Christina Williams.

Christina Williams, founder of Girls Talk Sports TV, and a popular media personality covering the WNBA and other sports, will develop and produce original content for ClashTV, which will be distributed on the company’s apps and will include curated content for social media. The deal will also include appearing at and commentating on company events.

Williams was introduced to ClashTV as co-host of “ClashTV Courtside”, the company’s first original show which includes: a weekly highlight show, 30-minute interview and commentary covering the best of street basketball and the culture surrounding it. The first season ran for 12 episodes during the summer of 2023. Williams took on additional executive producing duties midway through the season and her company also took over production of the show. Khristina has also created original social content for ClashTV around various one-time events such as this fall’s Aces High School Tournament.

The first program from this expanded partnership will be a re-imagined 2024 spin-off of “ClashTV Courtside” focusing on the Clash’s expansion into high school basketball broadcasting.
